VOLUNTEERS have been left devastated after vandals targeted a community allotment for the third time. Yobs wrecked a new polytunnel that had only recently been installed at Burslem Park's communal garden. It is thought the culprits climbed over a fence to get into the site – which is used by schoolchildren and disabled adults – on Wednesday night, and damaged the 20ft by 10ft structure. TEENAGER Joseph Weaver repeatedly fired a gun at a man who went to his house to collect a debt. The 19-year-old leaned out of an upstairs bedroom window and fired the Beretta handgun at 20-year-old Curtis Gardener who wanted £20 he believed the defendant owed his cousin. Drivers are warned of long delays on the M6 this morning following a crash between two lorries. The incident happened at around 5.30am but the delays are expected to last well into the morning.At present, two lanes are closed on the northbound carriageway between junction 17 for Sandbach and Crewe and junction 18 for Holmes Chapel.
