A LOCAL actor found himself surrounded by armed police – after neighbours mistook a rehearsal for an emergency situation.
Police stunned Stoke-on-Trent-born Joel Harper-Jackson as he helped a housemate prepare for auditions in the garden of their home in Hither Green, in London.
